May 6th 1981 KESTON, between BROMLEY and BIGGIN HILL
Keston Ponds are three watery abodes, one natural, two man-made, which attract many anglers each year. On this particular day two schoolgirls were terrified by a cloaked figure wearing a tall, dark hat and a glowing belt, which glided around them. Little else has been reported on the spook.
