Baboon escapes zoo...
I'm not normally one for conspiracy theories but a week or so ago (10th August) a fisherman contacted me and asked me if I knew anything about an animal escaping from one of the local zoo parks. I replied that I didn't although he remained convinced something odd was going on due to the fact a helicopter was buzzing the skies and an individual (dressed in local zoo park attire) with binoculars had been scanning the fields. And then today I find out through Kent Online newspaper that a baboon had escaped but was thankfully retrieved. I'm wondering however if this actually happened when first reported to me; unless of course something else escaped - but now the animal is back at the zoo maybe the zoo felt the need to report on its capture? Just a thought...after all, it's not the first time this has happened! Here's the story: http://www.kentonline.co.uk/folkestone/news/baboon-on-the-loose-at-41902/
